I have noticed that there are a lot of articles being written about business blogs and the ways to improve site ranking and traffic generation. There aren’t many resources for people who write for fun or to improve their writing skills.

So I started my own site focused on those of us who aren’t necessarily trying to sell something.* This is from the About page:

BlogTopix.Net was born out the desire to find a place to collect links and information on blog-related technologies. We also wanted a place to develop creative writing ideas and topics so that other bloggers out there won’t ever have to publish another “I don’t know what to say today” posts.

So, click over and take a look around. Hopefully I can get some of you, my faithful readers, to take me up on a couple of the writing challenges. I’m also looking for people who would like to contribute blogging tips and writing exercises to the site. Just drop me a line if you’re interested!

I can’t imagine ever not having something to say, but I would like the challenge of writing on a suggested topic. I would also like to see Killer veer away from writing about his balls. Maybe a suggestion page would help with this.

I didn’t have much time to check out your new site as much as I’d like to. However, it is on my list for a closer look. I really liked what I saw so far. What a great idea to have the challenges. If I come up with any ideas, I’ll be sure to send them your way. Thanks for the great new resource.
