It’s the first REAL results night of the season. Apparently, a new rule has been implemented, in which the judges have the ability, at their discretion, to save ONE contestant per season who has been voted off. This is in response to critics who have long stated that Jennifer Hudson and Chris Daughtry were voted off the show far too soon in their respective seasons.

I don’t think that is going to be an issue for tonight’s show…
