dude, they need to realize that we speak “American” and NOT “English”. Seriously.
We can’t even use adverbs anymore. “I’m good.” instead of “I’m well.”

DaDuck - Americans don’t get that there is any other answer to the “citizenship” question. I don’t want to learn Navajo. I have enough trouble with Spanish.
Absurdist - I don’t know why we bother asking “How are you?” anyway. Does anyone ever answer that question truthfully or grammatically?

regarding the “how are you?” question…i almost always reply “getting better!” simply because it does make my mood a tad better and is therefore a correct answer…
