Unfortunately there are many people who don't believe in gays, which leads me to one of my favorite equations: Gays = Make Believe Leprechauns = Make Believe therefore Gays = Leprechauns Think about it, the rainbow is important to both! I don't know if that's true or not, but if it is...gee, think it has anything to do with living in a society where people can say things like this and not be called out for the disgusting bigots they are? That aside, it really is scary knowing this kind of thinking still exists, but it does. My grandmother, for example, told my mother a few years ago that she doesn't "believe in" gays. They're just in it for the attention, you know.
